GearDXF can be used to design Spur, Internal, and Rack gears, which can then be exported to 2D DXF, and SVG files or 3D STEP, OBJ, and STL files.

This tiny program provides a simple interface where you can customize the module and diametral pitch, pressure angle, clearance, and other properties of gear.

AMAZING amazing amazing…cut out 3 different profiles and all meshed perfectly.

I needed 90 degrees of a gear to synchronize to lever arms. I printed a full 360 degrees, put the designs on my two levers, rotated on gear to mesh. Then trimmed the excess and cut them out. Worked perfectly. Used GearDFX into QuixkCAD (v8) into Vcarve for CNC gcode generation. Piece of cake.

When changing to ''metric'', would be nice to change inputs as well.
