GearDXF je nástroj, jehož výstupem je DXF soubor obsahující 2D obrys spur gear pomocí zadaných parametrů.

Zub tvář je pravda evolventy křivky, ale základ mezery mezi zuby jsou drsné. Dobré pro modelování ozubená kola. Brilantní kus softwaru, vztahující se k spur gear profily, je GearDXF.

AMAZING amazing amazing…cut out 3 different profiles and all meshed perfectly.

I needed 90 degrees of a gear to synchronize to lever arms. I printed a full 360 degrees, put the designs on my two levers, rotated on gear to mesh. Then trimmed the excess and cut them out. Worked perfectly. Used GearDFX into QuixkCAD (v8) into Vcarve for CNC gcode generation. Piece of cake.

When changing to ''metric'', would be nice to change inputs as well.
